Promotional Terms and Condition

Code can only be redeemed for treatments for which a first appointment (3D scan) has been booked or a contract has been signed by the date specified in the promotion.

Appointment and/or conclusion of the contract cannot be postponed to a date that is beyond the promotion period.
3.
Only one code can be used per person
4.
Code cannot be combined with other promotions.
5.
Code cannot be transferred to third parties.
6.
Code is valid only for the treatment specified in the promotion.
7.
Code is valid in all practices unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
8.
No cash payment or payment of residual amounts; any residual amounts will be forfeited.
9.
Only natural persons who have reached the age of 16 are eligible to participate.
10.
bestsmile reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate promotions for factual reasons at any time without notice.
11.
Should any provision of the promotional terms be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12.
Legal recourse is excluded. Promotions are subject exclusively to Swiss law.
