Your results with bestsmile Aligner are long-lasting if your new tooth positions is fixed properly. We offer two options for maintaining your new bite in the long term: wire retainers and Retainer Aligners. We recommend the wire retainers, which are not visible to others as they sit on the inside of your teeth and you get a 10 year guarantee on your new tooth position.
